Barnala, May 28Gopal Singh Dardi, district public relation officer (DPRO), Barnala, today snapped ties with the Sacha Sauda sect. He was presented a siropa by former minister Gobind Singh Longowal at a local gurudwara. He denied any kind of government pressure on government employees, who are premi (followers) of the sect, to join the mainstream or face the heat. Meanwhile, about 150 followers of the dera also snapped ties with the dera at Sanghera.
