Matter being discussed with sangat
Sirsa, The process to sort out the conflict between the Sikhs and dera followers have not reached any conclusion so far as a spokesperson of the Dera Sacha Sauda today denied that the dera had prepared any draft on the behalf of its chief about tendering apology.
Clarifying the stand, the spokesman of the dera chief, Dr Aditya Arora, said, “We have not sent any fax to the Arya Samaj leader Swami Agnivesh as we have not decided anything about the apology. The process to find out the possibilities is still on and we are discussing the matter with representatives of the dera sangat from various states. Things would be finalised soon,” he added.
While addressing a press conference here tonight, he said, “We have been receiving calls from many followers as a section of the electronic media had reported some premature conclusions about the things, which we have not finalised yet. We are making efforts to solve the conflict peacefully. But we have not finalised any draft.”
Earlier, the high-level committee of the dera management, headed by Dr Aditya, held a detailed meeting with DC V. Umashankar and SP for about two hours. Till the filing of this report, the meeting of the dera committee had failed to reach at any conclusion.
