More weapons taken into possession

Even as the police authorities successfully disarmed the followers of Sacha Sauda sect putting up at the local dera branch, residents of this area heaved a sigh of relief following the apology.
Nau Nihal Singh, SSP, said about 17 weapons, including 16 double-barrel .12-bore guns and one .315-bore gun which were being carried by the followers of the sect, had been taken into possession. Information revealed that followers had also set up morchas inside the dera complex.
